Bionova Organic Gherkins Sweet & Sour 330g

Organic gherkins are similar to little cucumbers but a slightly different type. The pickling provides a wonderfully crunchy sweet and sour taste. Probably our favorite use of organic gherkins is in a herring salad that Axel's mum makes traditionally on Christmas eve which also includes beetroot and apple. Gherkins work well with fish and pickled foods, fish pies or on their own with salads.
